Kristy Bushaw

Kristy Bushaw began her career on the beautiful coast of Alabama in 1997, at the Beachside Quality Inn.  Her love for meeting new people and helping them achieve success in the meetings and conventions as a Group Sales Manager.  In 2000, Kristy joined Meyer Real Estate as an Owner Relations Representative, a position that acts as a conduit of information between the guest, Meyer Vacation Rentals and the owner of the property Meyer Managed at the time.  As the area grew, Kristy’s’ skills flourished and the Business Development team was created at Meyer.  The focus of this department was to explain the rental program to new owners and help them to understand systems Meyer Vacation Rentals had for maintaining and marketing the condominium and the income potential of the pending purchase.  Kristy contacted realtors and help them understand the value of the Meyer services and help them sell the property.  In 2004, Kristy received her Alabama Real Estate License and had an extremely successful year with Meyer Real Estate Sales Division.  Shortly after Hurricane Ivan struck, Kristy was approached by RE/MAX of Gulf Shores to join the Chuck Norwood Team as a buyer’s agent.  Under the guidance and support of the Norwood team, Kristy’s love for selling waterfront real estate grew.  For just shy of 10 years, she helped the team achieve top awards within the RE/MAX system.  Kristy assisted buyers throughout Baldwin County and was a multimillion dollar producer.
